You have to let go to grow your business. Hiring people to the jobs they’re best suited to will make your business grow. Letting go of small everyday tasks will free up time for you to work toward large-scale goals.

A few weeks ago Gary spoke about how to generate leads; once you have those leads you need to know how to sell to these people and convert them into clients.

The reason most advisers never get £1 million in turnover, is they can’t say no to deals that don’t fit their ideal client criteria. To achieve £1m you need a targeted niche, otherwise you will waste time and have a lower ROI.
