You need to put in place systems and processes so that you can hire people to work in your business and you can focus on sales. You as the leader build the system and process, the yo bring in great people work that system for you.
As you will hear Gary mention, you can’t view hiring as a loss of money - focus on it more as an investment in getting your time back to grow the business. The only way to grow your business is to have effective marketing. If people haven’t heard of your business and its services, how do you expect to sell to them?
